IBC
IBC stands for Intermediate Bulk Container. This type of container is used as a hybrid form between drums and bulk transport (truck transport, maritime container, or boat transport).
IBCs allow manipulation with forklift or pallet trucks, but cannot be handled by hand, such as drums. IBCs consist of 3 parts, viz., an HDPE inner inclusion with a lid on top and discharge tap below surrounded by a metal grid. This unit is mounted on a wooden, synthetic or metal pallet.
